– Every week somebody asks me “Will AI technology, like OpenAI’s ChatGtp, eliminate the need for Digital Marketers?” People are concerned that Digital Marketing jobs like SEM Managers and SEO Analysts will be replaced by robots, in the same way that cashiers at Target and McDonald’s have been replaced by computers.
Of course, if that were the case then there would already be a shrinking demand for digital marketers, instead of an increase of jobs by tenfold from 2017 to now.
