The rapid expansion of artificial intelligence (AI) has caused much excitement about its potential.
But it’s also fuelling concerns about the possible dangers.
World leaders, innovators, tech bosses and researchers are meeting in India to discuss the practical and ethical use of the technology.
But reliance on AI is increasing at an unprecedented rate.
And this summit isn’t expected to result in any binding pledge on managing its rise.
Still, there’s hope the meeting will establish an international consensus on the negative effects of the technology.
So, will politicians be able to adequately address growing fears about the overuse of AI?
