Currently we are making ~$25k MRR… monthly costs are around ~$5-7k.
The business is Hatchly, a subscription design service.
Will was freelancing via Upwork, but found that to be a treadmill with lots of admin 😕
So he started Hatchly in 2020…
I adopted a subscription model to ensure consistent quality, service delivery and 20x less admin!
The initial service was started with a minimal budget (probably only about £100 in subscription fees).
Got his first few clients by offering low prices and leveraging his LinkedIn network 💪
Looks like he now has a small team of contractors and the business is growing nicely.
