Amanda Bond
- Facebook Page Owner (Baking Niche)
Amanda Bond shared a full year of numbers from a Facebook page she runs in the baking niche 👀
The page posts several times a day, and many of those posts send readers to a baking blog she owns.
An ad network pays her based on the page views that blog gets.
Her total for the year came to $28K…
- $21.9K from ads on the blog
- $5.8K from Facebook’s own creator payouts
- $406 from Amazon
So the page got 50M views, but the clicks over to the blog paid almost 4x what Facebook did 🤯
That’s also why my entire strategy is to maximize off-platform clicks, and why I axe some higher-view posts that only keep people ON the platform when I review the numbers.
It took 2,694 posts to get there, and Amanda burned out three times posting live.
Now a scheduler recycles her old posts, and she spends less than an hour a day keeping the queue topped up.
Pick a niche where people go looking for recipes, tutorials or how-tos, start a page and a simple blog alongside it, and measure clicks rather than views.
