विधानसभेत ऑनलाइन गेमिंगच्या (Online Gaming) नियमनावर (Regulation) गंभीर चर्चा झाली. ऑनलाइन गेमिंगचे होस्टिंग (Hosting) देशभरातून आणि जगभरातून केले जात असल्याने, यावर प्रभावीपणे नियंत्रण आणण्यासाठी केंद्र सरकारनेच (Central Government) कायदा (Law) बनवणे आवश्यक असल्याचे मत व्यक्त करण्यात आले. राज्य सरकार (State Government) असा कायदा बनवू शकत नाही, असे स्पष्ट करण्यात आले. जरी एखाद्या राज्याने कायदा केला असला तरी, इंटरनेटवर (Internet) खेळल्या जाणाऱ्या गेमवर (Game) कारवाई करणे राज्यांसाठी शक्य नाही. ‘कायदा हा गेम बंद करण्याकरता पाहिजे,’ असे एका सदस्याने सांगितले. केवळ खेळणाऱ्यांवर कारवाई करून हा विषय संपणार नाही, तर गेमच बंद करण्यासाठी केंद्राचा कायदा आवश्यक आहे. या संदर्भात संबंधित मंत्र्यांशी बोलणे झाले असून, पत्रेही लिहिली आहेत. केंद्र सरकारमध्येही यावर गांभीर्याने विचार सुरू असून, राज्य सरकार या पाठपुराव्यात सक्रिय राहील. #onlinegaming #gaminglaw #centralgovt #stategovt #india #regulation #banonlinegames #itminister #digitalindia #internetgaming #publicsafety #legislativedebate #newlaw #gamingrules #policymaking
