- AI SEO Agency Founder
- $570,000 annual recurring revenue
Josh Pigford built an AI system that does the SEO for his own websites every day 🤖
In September he offered to run it for 5 software companies at $1,000 a month.
The pitch was to get them found on Google, and named when people ask ChatGPT for a recommendation.
Far more than 5 wanted in, so he raised the price to $1,500 and then $2,000 a month.
In under a month he had about 30 clients and $570K in annual recurring revenue 🤯
Every day a script picks each client’s most useful job, like a new article or a headline fix.
AI does the work and Josh checks it, with a data bill of about $100 a week for all 30 clients.
Clients never see any of that, he explains…
The people who are paying kind of don’t give a rip that AI is involved… They just want the problem solved.
Clearly his 76K followers on X helped, and Josh doesn’t pretend otherwise…
Of course it is. I’ve spent literally 20 years here building an audience so that it’s much easier.
Pick one marketing chore small businesses hate, get it working with AI on a site of your own (or for one client), then sell it as a monthly done-for-you service 😎
